Hi, I am Juditova. I am both Ecuadorian 🇪🇨 and Portuguese 🇵🇹, and my background brings together electronics engineering, management, digital marketing and product coordination.

A master’s dissertation completed through the Double Degree programme at ISCTE in Portugal 🇵🇹 and the University of Palermo (UniPa) in Italy 🇮🇹, studying how corporate accelerators are organised and how they create value for the companies behind them.

An undergraduate electronics project done in Ecuador 🇪🇨 that designed and tested a regenerative braking system for an electric bicycle, converting kinetic energy into stored electrical energy to extend riding range and improve overall efficiency.

Double Degree Master’s Programme in Management
2022–2024
An international Double Degree master’s programme undertaken between Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon in Portugal and the Università degli Studi di Palermo in Italy, integrating Technology and Operations Management with Management Engineering.
The programme combines advanced management and engineering perspectives for the analysis, design and management of technological, operational and organisational systems across industrial and service environments. Its academic scope encompasses technology and operations management, business operations, quantitative and analytical decision-making, innovation, project management, organisational performance and the management of complex technology-driven systems.
The Iscte component, MSc in Management of Services and Technology, provides advanced education in Technology and Operations Management (TOM), with applications across both industrial and service domains. It develops managerial and analytical competencies for the effective management of business operations, technologies and organisational processes within international and technology-intensive environments.
The Università degli Studi di Palermo component, Management Engineering, complements this approach by integrating engineering methodologies with economics, management and quantitative analysis. It develops competencies for evaluating, designing and managing complex industrial, technological and organisational systems, with particular emphasis on operations, innovation, projects, business processes and engineering-oriented decision-making.
Together, both programmes constitute an integrated international academic pathway that combines the managerial orientation of Iscte with the engineering and quantitative perspective of UniPa, providing multidisciplinary preparation for professional responsibilities at the intersection of engineering, technology, operations and management.
